Mori offers an immersive Japanese teppanyaki counter experience. Guests are seated around the teppan; dishes are served simultaneously in a seasonal, multi-course tasting menu that celebrates simplicity and harmony.
2. Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes — because of the limited 10-seat counter format and simultaneous service, reservations are essential.
3. What are Mori’s operating hours and seating times?
We open at 6:00 PM daily. Mori offers two seatings (first and second) to ensure every guest enjoys the full experience.
4. Where is Mori located?
Mori is inside Bisma Eight hotel, on Jl. Bisma No. 68, Ubud, Bali — centrally located in town and within easy reach from Ubud’s main attractions.
5. What kind of ingredients and cuisine does Mori use?
Our menu emphasizes seasonality, minimalism, and provenance. We source local produce from Bali’s gardens and pair it with carefully selected proteins from Japan when needed. Onsite fermenting, aging, and pickling are part of our process.
6. Do you have vegetarian or special-diet options?
We can accommodate dietary preferences — please inform us in advance. Our team will adapt courses where possible.
